During lunch the other day a friend was asking me some questions about my life, salvation, etc. Today was I was thinking about this and thought it would be nice to put some of these thoughts down on paper in a concise, short, daily format through my journaling for several reasons:
1. I journal anyway.
2. I began in ’94…it’s easy now
3. It will put be of interest to my children.
4. I wish my daddy did this. I’d love to read the stories.
In ’94 I was at a family reunion and one of the patriarchs was reading an excerpt from a great, great, great Civil War Soldier. It was a journal entry. I was amazed. It seemed right to start writing. So I did. It’s for my kids.
So I think I will give it a whirl.
